I’m in Bangkok again..

and now that im not on a schedual its much more enjoyable. I spent the day just wandering around the city getting lost. I took a pictures all along the way but i can’t post them cause I left my USB cable back in Korat.

Anyways.. I like this city more now because of my relaxed walk about as opposed to my hyper high speed motorcycle of death experiences. That being said.. i still enjoy the reckless enthusiasim of the motorcy taxis.

Its hot here but i did find somewhere to eat a massive amount of turkey.

Dont really have much else to say.. so i’m going to post some emails from the last english camp i did. It was probably the funnest camp yet and all the kids cried when they had to leave. These emails dont make much sense most of the time but these ones are understandable.

Probably the most fullfilling job ever.

Just got back from camp in Nakon Ngiok and will leave for a 3 day camp in Pattaya in about 4 hrs.. hopefully.

Pattaya used to be this beautiful beach area in Thailand, but apparently now its a sleeze hole of the sex industry more than anything else. I’m interested to see what its like, but I can’t stand all the gross forigners that hang there for that very reason. Fortunatly I won’t be right down in the city, I will be on a 5 star resort for free getting paid to sing the ‘banana dance’.

Anyways I haven’t been there yet, its all just through the grapevine.. but its probably true.

After that im off for xmas.. and I need to decide where to go.My options are….
- visit Lao with Fai and some friends from here
- visit Vietnam ….probably alone
- visit somewhere new in Thailand
- Train Muay Thai all day everyday for 2 weeks
- go to Bali cause its cheap.. Con: I might explode. Pro: Surfing!

I also pretty much forgot it was xmas. Never in my life have i associated palm trees, road trips, motorcycle madness, and sunshine with xmas. So basically it doesnt feel like it at all. Maybe when I phone home it will….

Oh and last week I had some time off. I was going to go back to Kho Tao to do more scuba diving with a friend but I decided to leave at 2:30am. Walked out of a club, went home, packed, got on the bus, passed out.. but you can call it sleeping if you want , THENN.. woke up in Bangkok at 6am to realize I had lost my cell phone and left my wallet, credit cards, passport, and travellers checks back home.

Lesson: spontanious cross country trips should not be undertaken while drunk.

I also have the worst luck with cell phones. I have now gone through 7 in the last 6 years.

At some point we decided to have a party. Then someone themed it ‘Orange’ which actually made the party way cooler.

Check out my hot chin in my wicked orange shirt. I found the shrit in a random closet. I’m pretty sure it appered there seconds before just for me to wear at the party. Go Universe.

We decided dunking for beer bottles in a giant pale of ice water would turn up the good and turn down the suck.

The next day we realized there was 3 cases of beer still left.. so party on..

Me with Fai the next day.. I look pretty good for someone whos in the middle of a 48 hr bender.

.. but I seem to not be able to hold up my own head.

SPORTS DAY… every school in Thailand had 1 day for sports competition. We went to visit a primary school in Korat that we had just finished doing an english camp for.
