Quittin’ time.

Ugh, I had to hit three different pharmacies in my quest to find a box of Nicoderm Step 2. I almost started smoking there for a minute!

    Good stuff Luke..

I’m still smoke free too… Your still on the patch?? Wow.. 25 week program or something?

I’m in week 9 (I think). Soon I’ll be on Step 3, then it’s over. But I’d rather err on the side of caution and be on the patch to long than to fall off the wagon. Or something :-)

Fuck it though, it’s cheaper anyway and I’m not daying. PATCH4LIFE YO!

Glad to hear that you made it through the rough patch. The not dying part is probably something to keep in mind. ;)

    Keep up the good work!

Awesome. Glad to hear it’s still working out for you. You know there’s this one girl at work who has like 3 cigs during the 30 minute lunch break because she can’t make it the 2 hours until next break without… I don’t even remember what that’s like anymore.

But if you need my support, I’m here for ya, man :)

Yeah, Luke gained like 50lbs. He’s up to almost 160! Be careful Luke you’ll be big and fat like me! LOL..

Caleigh: Oh yeah, I’ve gained weight. But it has nothing to do with quitting smoking.

Luke, I look thin until I lift my shirt. I have quite a gut going on. Chie can testify about that :-)

Yeah, quitting can be fairly brutal that way; after I quit was when I started “packing on the beef” too. But then, I would rather be a little chubby and less smelly, than slim and dying of lung cancer.
