Capsule hotel madness.

Juergen_Specht-20040715017.jpg

I found this on Boing Boing the other day. A photographer discovered this capsule hotel building in Tokyo. Take a look at the building on the far right of the photo - that’s where I used to live!

Chie and I stayed in that building near Higashi-Ginza station one building away from the capsule hotel, and like once a day one of us would remind the other to take a picture or two of the place. Of course, we just kept forgetting.

Anyways, this guy actually stayed there - they’re not only little tiny cubic hotel rooms, but also (allegedly) used as offices.

As well, this entry will look weird due to the tall image with the small amount of text. So I present to you some random (kinda) gibberish:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aliquam purus. Etiam ligula. Maecenas felis eros, ornare eu, bibendum in, consequat sed, sapien. Donec venenatis, neque eget iaculis eleifend, tellus massa volutpat velit, ut adipiscing arcu lectus sit amet dolor. Duis dui risus, congue eget, eleifend malesuada, pretium a, odio. Nulla accumsan wisi ac libero. Suspendisse eu tellus. In hac habitasse platea dictumst. Phasellus ut ante in wisi semper ultrices. Sed leo. Etiam ornare est sed odio sollicitudin sodales. Quisque congue semper tortor. Cras sodales pede non nunc. Pellentesque habitant morbi tristique senectus et netus et malesuada fames ac turpis egestas. Vivamus eget sem non quam tristique cursus. Sed congue sapien sed enim.
