    haha.. that was great.. same goes for chinese except substitute anime with kung fu movies. I know people who can say ‘flying eagle’s fist’ or ‘whipping snake’s tonge’ but can’t say things like ‘Hi’ or ‘Thank you’ .. ahh pop culture has served us so well.

    I imagine a future where language is just a hybrid of popular catch phrases.

    ‘Not only that, but Kanji can combined to form new words. For example, if you combine the Kanji for “small”, and “woman”, you get the word “carbeurator”.’
    now thats damn funny.
